Ordering service vouchers:

Choose between paper or electronic service vouchers, depending on your preference.
You can change this option from your user profile.

Service request:

If you are not yet a customer, please contact us via our online formby e-mail or by telephone to request household help.

Validation of service hours:

For electronic tickets, we encode the services for you. All you have to do is validate them via your user profile or the app.For paper vouchers, give the household help a service voucher for each hour of service (1 hour = 1 voucher).
